Fish and Chips Story — The Story of Us

So in 2 minutes it will officially be two years since my daughter has entered this world. I must say I’m doing much better than I thought today. There have been no tears just pulled heart strings as she cuddled me in my lap. We had her two year old portraits done just a little bit ago and I must say she is a ham. When we were done taking them and looking at which one’s to purchase, every time she’d see a new picture of herself she’d say “That’s Alora, I cute!” And as a proud parent I must say I agree. Tonight when daddy comes home we will continue with tradition and have Skyline for dinner. Now many people may think this is the most bizarre thing around, but after 36 hours of labor and birth my husband and father went to Skyline to get food and brought me back a black bean Skyline burrito. It was my first food in over two days. It tasted sooo wonderful! So call me crazy but Alora’s birthday dinner until she’s old enough to say different will always be Skyline!
